Staff apologized said they could get my order out in 10-15. The higher grade of beef is leaner and when overcooked the result is hard and dry. Burgers are huge and tasty. On the bright side, the malts & milkshakes are consistently good.We thought we would try the Aptos location since the others are pretty good. When bettys came out with their own GF bun I didn't believe it was really GF. All of my drinks are delicious.... The shake was OK, ice cream was 3 out of 5.
We've been to the 41st location a few times and although the food isn't great, it's decent and it's a fun atmosphere. We were proactive and ordered our "dinner" in the early afternoon for a 5 pm pick up on line.The BEST burger ever; and I have tasted a lot of burgers! Plus they were kind enough to chilled bottled beer to my car! It's convenient and I know it's difficult to launch a new location amidst current times/events.
