But I can't agree this is the norm at least as far as Blackheath is concerned. The coffee is good and the service is top notch. Most people find that the staff is professional at this place. I'm not a regular at Red Door so I can't speak for them.

I tried their scrambled eggs on a tapioca flour tortilla accompanied by a tart salad of cucumber, capsicum...Lady was very helpful with gluten free options and assured me - no cross contamination. 4.2 is what this restaurant got from the Google rating system.There's nothing like experiencing the Blue Mountains alongside a cup of the best coffee Australia has to offer.
