This book was literally so amazing!! Also I think I could learn new word from this book.
It was just not what I looking for in this type of book. She says that she just wants Seth to be excited about something that he loves. She is not even given a chance to defend herself, and thus Summer is expelled from the university.
Even though CiCi was 14, I wish there had been a little more romance between her and Jake. Upon the return of Zach, a fight breaks out, but Summer and Seth reunite. In addition, Summer and Seth, want to maintain the honor of their friends and especially Marissa (who now lives camped by her best friend and is enrolled in public school) by Anyway, with his goals, a bit of intelligence, and Seth's help, Summer begins to gain the approval of others and therefore their votes. I was sceptical by the fact that it was so short-192 pages long-but as I like to say, never judge a book by its length! This isn't a bad mystery, but it does move pretty slowly. Very little was said about some characters (most of them) and the characters were very random and some almost not acknowledged at all. For the fear of return to live that ugly period of his life, Seth part on a sailing boat, leaving home worried parents and Summer with the broken heart. Many clues are given so that you think you know who is the murderer, but a huge twist at the end as to why.A short little read, but the mystery draws you in!

One thing that does get me going, however, is the main character Cici. Not slow that it took forever to move on, like slow that action was not that great.
It is revealed in "Burning the Candle" that Yang Xiao Long is Ruby's half-sister, making Summer Yang's stepmother.Summer is believed to have died prior to the start of the series, and in "Gravity", it is implied that Summer faced Salem at some point before her disappearance. I finished it in an afternoon so at least it wasn't that slow a read.
